GrowthPilot FAQ

Short answers to the questions agencies ask most about GrowthPilot.

About GrowthPilot

What is GrowthPilot?

GrowthPilot is a marketing operations workspace for agencies and marketing teams. It brings each client's connected data, keyword and competitor research, AI Pilot, content, approvals, publishing, assets, reputation monitoring and client invoicing into one place, with a person in control of every decision. Welcome to GrowthPilot

What is the GrowthPilot Agent?

A command layer for marketing work. You tell it what you want done for one client (set up a client, run an SEO audit, research keywords and competitors, write and fact-check content, build a calendar, check reputation) and it plans and runs the steps from that client's evidence. Anything that changes something outside GrowthPilot waits for your approval. Meet the GrowthPilot Agent

Is GrowthPilot designed for agencies?

Yes. You manage every client from one agency workspace, with the Agency Command Center, My work, agency-wide Actions & approvals, a private Asset Library per client and agency invoicing. Clients don't need a GrowthPilot login. Agency Command Center

Can I manage multiple clients?

Yes. Add as many clients as your plan allows, switch between them with the Client / brand selector, and add brands under a client when they need their own connections, content and reports. Add a client · Switch between clients

How do I join GrowthPilot?

New agency accounts are opened by invitation. Request access on the GrowthPilot website. If your agency already uses GrowthPilot, ask an owner or admin to invite you. Accept an invitation

Clients and files

Does each client have a separate Asset Library?

Yes. Each client has its own private library inside your agency's Asset Library, plus an Agency shared library for files you choose to share. Asset Library overview

Can I share assets across clients?

Yes, deliberately. An owner or admin can select Share with all clients on a file, such as your agency logo. Other clients can view and use it but not edit it. Stop sharing removes it from them straight away. Agency Shared assets

How are client files separated?

Files uploaded to a client are private to that client. They are only visible elsewhere if an owner or admin shares them with all clients, and only to team members who can access a client. How client files are separated

Can staff see every client?

Owners and admins can. Account managers, marketers, analysts and viewers see only the clients they have been given access to. Team roles and permissions

Publishing and reputation

Does GrowthPilot publish social posts automatically?

Not to social networks directly today. Approved content can be handed automatically to your agency's own publishing workflow at the scheduled time. Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Bluesky) are manual: GrowthPilot prepares the approved text and media and reminds your team, who post it and confirm. Publishing channels · Manual publishing

Which social platforms are supported?

You can schedule and track approved content for Bluesky, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn Pages, X, YouTube and websites, with your team posting manually. For reputation monitoring, Bluesky public posts are supported; X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit are not available. Integration availability

What happens when a provider is unavailable?

The channel or source shows its status, such as Provider blocked or Manual only, and everything else keeps working. Missing data is never shown as zero, and publishing falls back to manual publishing. Integration availability

Does GrowthPilot respond to reputation alerts automatically?

No. GrowthPilot never replies or posts publicly on its own. You can Draft Response, which creates a draft in Content for review, or Create Action to track the follow-up. Manage reputation alerts

What's the difference between Content Calendar and Publishing Calendar?

The Content Calendar is for planning: when your team intends to work on each piece. It never publishes anything. The Publishing Calendar is for execution: what is scheduled, published, failed or needs manual action, across all clients. Content Calendar · Publishing Calendar

AI and data

What data does AI Pilot use?

Only the selected client's own context: data from its connected sources, its latest Growth Audit, its latest competitor analysis and its Brand Profile. Each answer shows the evidence used, its freshness and a confidence level. AI Pilot evidence and confidence

Can GrowthPilot invent SEO metrics?

No. Measured numbers come only from connected providers such as your client's Search Console, and are labelled Measured. GrowthPilot does not estimate search volume, cost per click, keyword difficulty or competitor traffic. AI ideas are labelled AI-discovered or AI judgement. Understanding evidence and AI judgement

How does Search Console syncing work?

After you choose a property, the first sync reads the last 28 days and the 28 days before them for comparison. After that, Search Console syncs daily. Google publishes final data about three days late, so the newest days arrive later. Search Console syncs

Can I leave the page while analysis runs?

Yes. Syncs, research, analyses, Growth Audits and AI drafts keep running in the background. You get a notification when keyword research, competitor analysis, AI Pilot answers, AI drafts and syncs you started are ready. Background work and leaving the page

What happens if a provider connection expires?

The connection shows Reconnect required, and it appears in the Command Center and the account manager's My work. Your previous reports are kept. An owner or admin selects Reconnect to resume updates. Reconnect or disconnect a data source

Does GrowthPilot change my ad campaigns?

No. Ad connections are read-only. GrowthPilot never changes campaigns, budgets or bids. Paid media overview

Invoicing and billing

What's the difference between Agency Invoices and GrowthPilot Billing?

Agency invoices are invoices your agency sends to your clients. Settings → Billing is your agency's own subscription with GrowthPilot. Agency Invoicing overview · GrowthPilot Billing overview

Does GrowthPilot handle my clients' payments?

No. Clients pay your agency directly, by bank transfer or through your own Stripe payment link. GrowthPilot never holds, settles or pays out client money. You record payments in GrowthPilot. Record a payment

Are invoice reminders sent automatically?

No. Overdue invoices are flagged in the Command Center, and you choose when to Send reminder. Send an invoice and reminders

What is complimentary agency access?

Some agencies are invited with complimentary access until a set date. No payment method, subscription or invoice is involved. When it ends, you can still sign in and see your data, and new work pauses until access continues. Complimentary agency access

How do I change my plan?

Contact GrowthPilot. Manage billing lets you update payment details and cancel at the end of the period, but plan changes are handled by GrowthPilot. Manage billing

Team and security

How do I add or remove team members?

Owners and admins invite colleagues from Settings → Team. Role changes and removals are handled by GrowthPilot support. Invite a team member · Change a role or remove a member

How does sign-in security work?

Every sign-in needs your password and a one-time code, sent by email or from an authenticator app if you set one up. Sign in to GrowthPilot
