The Asset Library is one controlled place for each client's logos, brand guidelines, product images, creatives, video and documents.
How it's organised
Open Assets in the sidebar. The Libraries list on the left has:
- Agency shared: files your agency has chosen to share with every client, such as your agency logo.
- One library per client: private to that client.
Client files are private by default. A file uploaded to one client's library is never visible from another client unless an owner or admin deliberately shares it with all clients. See Agency Shared assets.
Availability
GrowthPilot switches on customer file storage for each agency during onboarding. If you see "Customer files can be stored once GrowthPilot has approved customer data for this agency", contact support.
Tabs
- Overview: file counts, Approved assets (files tagged "approved"), recent uploads and suggested folders.
- Files: browse, search and filter.
- Collections: groups of files for a campaign or launch.
