1. Purpose

This Policy applies to everyone who uses GrowthPilot or growthpilot.systems. Customers must make sure their users follow it.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use GrowthPilot to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property, privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection and advertising law;
  • create or send content that is deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise harmful, or make false or unsubstantiated claims about products, services or competitors;
  • connect a Google, Meta, LinkedIn or other account you are not authorised to use, or misuse data obtained from it;
  • use AI Competitor Analysis to access non-public pages, bypass logins, paywalls or robots.txt rules, copy competitors’ content, or harass or impersonate a competitor;
  • send spam or bulk marketing through invoice or other emails, or send invoices that are fraudulent or misleading;
  • upload special-category or criminal-offence data, payment card numbers or passwords into workspace content;
  • attempt to access another customer’s data, bypass access controls, rate limits or approval workflows, or share accounts between organisations;
  • introduce malware, overload or disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows; or
  • use the Service to build a competing product or to resell it without our written agreement.

3. AI output

You must review AI output before use and must not present AI-generated analysis as measured data. Do not use AI features to generate content that this Policy prohibits.

4. Security testing

Security research, vulnerability scanning or penetration testing requires our prior written authorisation and an agreed scope. Report suspected vulnerabilities to info@thynkrsystems.com.

5. Fair use

We apply plan limits and technical rate limits, including monthly AI-run allowances, to protect the Service. Activity that disproportionately degrades the Service may be limited.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and restrict, suspend or terminate access as described in the Terms. Where practicable and safe, we will give notice and a chance to remedy non-urgent issues. To report misuse, email info@thynkrsystems.com.
