Reconnect or disconnect a data source

Restore access when a connection expires, change property, or disconnect a source.

Reconnect

When a card shows Reconnect required (access expired or was removed):

  1. Open Manage connections for the client, or use Reconnect on Operations → Connections.
  2. Select Reconnect account (or Reconnect on Operations → Connections) and sign in to the provider again.

Your previous reports are kept, and updates resume after the next sync. Reconnect-required connections also appear in the Command Center and the account manager's My work.

Change property

Select Change property and choose another property or account. A new first sync starts.

Disconnect

  1. Select Disconnect… and then Confirm disconnect.
  2. Saved reports remain. GrowthPilot stops syncing and asks the provider to remove access.

Disconnecting a Google or Meta account at the provider can affect other GrowthPilot connections that use the same account. LinkedIn permissions must be removed in your LinkedIn settings. After disconnecting, check the provider account's permissions.
