ASSET LIBRARY

Agency Shared assets

Deliberately share a file with every client, such as your agency logo, and stop sharing it later.

Agency Shared assets are files your agency intentionally reuses across client work, such as your agency logo or a standard document. Client files are not shared automatically.

Share a file with all clients

You need to be an agency owner or admin.

  1. Open the file in the client library that owns it.
  2. Under Agency sharing, read the note: share it only if every client of the agency may see and use it.
  3. Select Share with all clients.

The file shows an Agency shared badge and appears in the Agency shared library.

Stop sharing

Open the file in its owning client's library and select Stop sharing. It is removed straight away from other clients' Content, Brand Profile and reports. The details show how many other clients use it, so you can check first.

How shared files appear elsewhere

  • From any client, the Agency shared library and the Agency shared option in pickers show the file.
  • Other clients can view, download and use it, but not edit it. Its details say "Agency shared from client… it is managed in that client's library."

Who can edit a shared file

Only from its owning client's library, by owners, admins, account managers and marketers. Archiving it there also removes it from every other client.
