CONTENT CALENDAR

Content Calendar

The Content Calendar is for planning when your team intends to work on each piece. It never publishes anything.

Content Calendar = planning. It shows when your team intends to work on each piece. Planning never publishes anything. For what is actually going out, see the Publishing Calendar.

Where to find it

Select the client and open Content → Calendar.

What it shows

  • Planned content: every item with a planned date, grouped by date. Each row shows the title, type, channel, planned date and status (for example In review or Approved), so you can see approvals at a glance.
  • Publishing schedule: this client's scheduled publishing, for context. All clients opens the agency-wide Publishing Calendar.

The calendar always shows the selected client. Switch client to see another.

How to add content to the plan

  1. Open a content item.
  2. In Brief and schedule, set the Planned date and save.

Add to calendar in Keyword Research or Competitor Analysis creates a Calendar item in Content. Open it and set a Planned date to see it on the calendar.
