Settings → Billing (the Account billing page) is about your agency's own subscription to GrowthPilot. It is separate from Agency Invoicing, where your agency invoices its clients.
Before you start
Only agency owners and admins can manage billing. Other team members see "Only agency owners and admins can manage billing."
Where to find it
Open Settings → Billing. The page is titled Billing and says "What your agency pays GrowthPilot."
What it shows
For a paid subscription:
- Plan: Starter, Growth, Pro or Agency.
- Status: Active, Payment overdue, Payment incomplete or Cancelled. "Being confirmed" appears briefly while a change is processed.
- Billing currency and Price.
- Current period and Next renewal. If the subscription is set to end, you see Cancels at period end and Access ends.
- Your GrowthPilot invoice history: see GrowthPilot invoices.
If payment is overdue, new work pauses until payment succeeds: AI, research and analysis, content changes, publishing, new clients, invoices and team invitations. You can still sign in and see your data.
