Some agencies are invited to use GrowthPilot with complimentary access. There is no Stripe subscription, checkout or invoice for complimentary access, and no payment method is needed.
What you see
Settings → Billing shows the plan as Complimentary Agency Access, with No payment method required and the date your Access expires.

| Expiring soon | Access ends within 14 days. Contact GrowthPilot if you'd like to continue. |
| Expired | Access has ended. Your clients, content and invoices are kept. |
| Paused | Access is paused. Your data is kept. |
| Ended | Access was ended by GrowthPilot. Your data is kept. |
If GrowthPilot converts your access to a paid plan, Settings → Billing asks an owner or admin to choose a plan and complete checkout. Nothing is charged until checkout is complete. After that, the page shows your paid subscription.
When access ends
- You can still sign in and see your data.
- New work is paused: AI generation, research and analysis, content changes, publishing, new clients, invoices and team invitations.
- A banner explains this, with a Contact GrowthPilot button.
- No paid subscription is started automatically, and no reminder emails are sent before the end date, so check the date on the Billing page.
