What you'll see
Syncs, Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, AI Pilot and Growth Audits show a progress card with the current stage, for example Reviewing client context → Researching themes → Building clusters. GrowthPilot doesn't show percentages, because stages vary in length.
You can leave the page
Your previous data stays available while new work runs. You get a notification when keyword research, competitor analysis, AI Pilot answers, AI drafts and syncs you started are ready; Growth Audits send an email. AI drafts show "AI is writing this draft" on the content item. Reputation scans run on their own schedule, and new mentions appear on the Mentions tab.
If it takes longer than usual
The card says so and the work keeps running in the background. For syncs, select Refresh status to check again.
If it fails
The card explains What happened, what it means for Your data (existing data is never lost) and What to do. Temporary problems show Retrying automatically. Otherwise select Run again.
