1. About this Policy
This Policy explains how THYNKR SYSTEMS LTD uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, on growthpilot.systems (the “website”) and app.growthpilot.systems (the “application”).

The website sets no cookies. Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) is supported but not currently configured, so no analytics or advertising scripts load. If we enable them, they will load only after you consent to the relevant category, and this Policy will be updated first.
The request-to-join form sends your details to the GrowthPilot application and sets no cookie.
3. The application
The application uses only cookies and storage needed to sign you in, keep your account secure and remember your workspace. These are strictly necessary, so they do not need consent.

4. Network security
Cloudflare delivers and protects GrowthPilot domains. When we checked, it set no cookies. If a security challenge is ever shown, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
5. How we checked
On 9 October 2026 we loaded growthpilot.systems, app.growthpilot.systems and api.growthpilot.systems and recorded the cookies and storage set, and we reviewed the source code of both. The tables above list everything we found.
6. Your choices
Use “Cookie preferences” in the website footer to accept, reject or change optional categories at any time. Withdrawing consent clears campaign attribution. You can also control cookies in your browser; blocking the application’s necessary cookies will stop sign-in from working.
7. Changes
We will update this Policy before adding any new cookie or tracking technology. The version and dates at the top of this page identify the current Policy.
