The GrowthPilot Agent is a command layer for marketing work, not a general chatbot. You describe the outcome you want for one client; the Agent works out the steps, runs the ones it is allowed to run, and asks you to decide on the rest.
Where to find it
- The Agent dock opens from the top bar on every page. Its tabs are This page, Running, Approvals and History.
- The AI Pilot tab on a client opens the full Agent page, where you can ask questions, follow running work and decide on proposals.
Every run belongs to one client. Choose a client or brand first, or name the client in your request.
What it can do
- Set up a new client.
- Analyse a website and run an SEO audit. See Run an SEO site audit.
- Research keywords and competitors.
- Write, review and fact-check content. See Content quality gates and provenance.
- Create a content strategy and calendar.
- Check reputation and draft responses.
- Scan for brand impersonation signals. See Brand Protection.
- Review what needs attention.
The quick actions under the dock cover the most common requests. You can also type a request in your own words.
How a run works
- The Agent reads only the selected client's connected evidence, Brand Profile and workspace records.
- Read-only steps run straight away.
- Drafts stay inside GrowthPilot and use your agency's AI allowance. Nothing is published or sent.
- Any step that changes something outside GrowthPilot waits in Approvals. Approval applies to exactly that proposal and that version; if the content changes, the approval lapses and the Agent asks again.
- The result, the evidence it used and every decision are kept in History.
Every answer and proposal is marked Evidence-first: it cites the client's measured evidence and labels AI judgement as such. If the evidence is missing, the Agent says so instead of guessing.
Allowances
Your agency has a daily planning allowance for the Agent, shown under the dock. When it is used up, existing runs, approvals and read-only views keep working and planning resumes when the allowance resets.
When the Agent is not available
The dock tells you why, and AI Pilot analyses keep working:
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "The Agent is not switched on for this agency yet" | GrowthPilot has not enabled the Agent for your agency. |
| "Your role does not include the Agent for this agency" | Ask an owner or admin. An analyst, marketer, admin or owner role and an active analysis entitlement are needed to run analyses. |
| "This client is paused or archived" | The Agent can read, answer and plan, but changes to the client are refused. |
| "AI generation is paused for this agency" | Existing runs, approvals and read-only views keep working. |
