Sync schedule
| Source | Automatic sync |
|---|---|
| Google Search Console | Daily (final data arrives about three days late) |
| Google Analytics 4 | Every 6 hours |
| Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads | Every 6 hours |
All syncs run in the background. You can leave the page; your previous data stays available. Syncs you start yourself send you a notification when they finish.
Freshness labels
The Evidence & freshness strip on SEO, Analytics, Paid media, AI Pilot and the client profile shows how current each source is:
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Fresh | Recent enough to rely on. |
| Ageing | Getting old. Consider syncing. |
| Stale | Out of date. Sync before using it for decisions. |
| Not synced yet | Connected, first sync not finished. |
What counts as fresh depends on the source. Search Console, for example, stays fresh longer than Google Analytics 4 because it syncs daily and its data lags. Sources you maintain yourself, such as the Brand Profile, stay fresh for months.
When data is out of date, the connection card shows Needs attention with "The latest data is out of date. Sync now before using it for decisions."
