Content keeps references to Asset Library files, not copies or public links.
How to do it
- Open the content item and find Assets.
- Select a role: + Logo, + Product image, + Campaign image, + Reference document or + Attachment.
- In the picker, choose This client or Agency shared, then select the file.
What happens next
- Attached images can be published with the content, and are available to download in the manual publishing pack.
- If a file is archived, or an Agency Shared file stops being shared, it disappears from the content.
