Versions
- Each Save changes creates a new version ("Saving creates version N+1"). AI drafts create versions too.
- Version history lists every version, marked edited, AI original or regenerated, and which one was approved. Select View to read an older version.
Editing approved content
Approved content is locked. To change it:
- Select withdraw approval. A new approval will be needed.
- Edit and save. The status returns to Draft.
- Request review and approve the new version.
What happens to scheduled publishing
Any publishing scheduled for the old approved version changes to Needs re-approval: "The content changed or its approval was replaced after scheduling. Re-approve, then reschedule." Nothing is published from an out-of-date approval. After approving the new version, select Reschedule approved version.
