How to do it
- Open a content item that is an Idea, Brief, Draft, Changes requested or Generation issue.
- In Improve with AI, choose What should AI do?: Write a full draft, Rewrite a section, Make it shorter, Expand with more detail, Change the tone, Suggest alternative versions, or Improve the call to action.
- Add optional Instructions.
- Select Ask AI.
The status shows Generating draft while AI writes. It uses your AI allowance. Nothing is published.
What the AI uses
The brief, the client's current Brand Profile, selected client evidence, any linked opportunity and the previous draft. Why this content? Sources on the item shows what was used, including the Brand Profile version.
What happens next
The draft is saved as a new version. Review it carefully: check facts, claims and rights, and look at Review checks, which flags things such as prohibited brand language.
If AI can't finish, the status shows Generation issue and your existing text is unchanged. Try again.
