Before you start
You need an owner, admin, account manager or marketer role, and your agency's GrowthPilot access must be active.
How to do it
- Open Assets and select the client's library.
- Optionally open the folder you want.
- Select Upload files, or drag files onto the page. You can upload up to 50 files at a time.
Each file shows its progress: Preparing, Uploading, Checking file, then Uploaded. You can Cancel or Retry a file, and Clear finished when done.
If the same file is already in this client's library, you'll see Already in library. Choose Upload anyway if you really want a second copy.

Troubleshooting
- "This file type is not supported." Convert it to one of the formats above.
- "This file is larger than the limit for its type." Compress or split it.
- "Uploads are paused while storage is full." See Storage.
- Location warning. If an image contains GPS location data, GrowthPilot warns you on the file's details. Remove the location data before sharing the file publicly.
