The Brand Profile references files in the Asset Library. Nothing is copied.
How to do it
- Upload the files to the client's library.
- Open a file in the Asset Library.
- Under Brand Profile, choose a role: Primary logo, Secondary logo, Brand guidelines, Product reference or Approved visual.
Primary logo, secondary logo and brand guidelines hold one file each. The others can hold several.
You can see the linked files under Settings → Brand settings, in Brand assets · client.
What happens next
- The primary logo is used as the client logo on client reports.
- If you archive a linked file, it stops appearing on the Brand Profile.
