Search and filter
On the Files tab:
- Search by name, filename or tag.
- Filter by Type (Images, Documents, Videos, Audio), suggested Tag (approved, product, campaign, social, hero, logo, reference) and upload date. Find other tags with search.
- Sort by recently updated, recently uploaded, name or largest.
- Switch between grid and list view.
Files also appear in Unified search.
Preview and details
Select a file to open its details:
- Preview images, play video and audio, or Open PDF. Download is always available.
- See the type, dimensions or duration, original file name and when it was added.
- Edit the Title, Description and Tags (up to 20), then Save details. Tag files approved so they count as approved assets.
