The Storage (whole agency) meter at the top of the Asset Library shows how much your agency has used of its allowance. Your allowance depends on your plan.
GrowthPilot warns you as storage fills. When it is full: "Uploads are paused while storage is full. Existing files remain available."
Free up space
- Archive files you no longer need, then have an owner or admin Delete permanently the ones you're sure about. Archived files are removed automatically after the retention period.
