How to do it
- Open Reputation → Notifications.
- Under Email notifications:
- Email critical alerts immediately is on by default.
- Summary email: None (default), Important digest (high and critical, daily), Daily digest, or Weekly summary.
- Select Save preferences.
What happens next
Daily digests are sent each morning. The weekly summary is sent on Mondays. Alerts also appear in Notifications and the Command Center, and in My work for clients you are account manager for.
