The Mentions tab lists everything your monitors have collected.
What each mention shows
- Source, client, author and date. Mentions collected during a monitor's first scan carry a history tag.
- Risk: No risk, Watch, Negative or Critical.
- Sentiment: positive, neutral, mixed or negative.
- Opportunity: none, low, medium or high, when the mention is a chance to help or engage.
- Why: a short explanation of the analysis.
- View original: opens the public source.
Risk, sentiment and opportunity are AI judgement about the mention, not facts. Always read the original before acting. If a mention shows Analysis pending, it is still being analysed. Analysis unavailable means the analysis could not be completed; the mention itself is kept.
How to filter
- Open Reputation → Mentions.
- Search the title or excerpt, or filter by sentiment, source and client.
Mark a mention as not relevant
- Open the Not relevant… menu on the mention.
- Choose a reason: Different entity, Not about brand, Spam or bot, Too minor, Already handled, or Other.
GrowthPilot may suggest a way to tune the monitor, such as adding an excluded term, adjusting an alias or lowering sensitivity. Suggestions are never applied automatically; edit the monitor yourself if you agree.
