What appears
| Badge | What it is |
|---|---|
| Approval | Actions or content waiting for your decision (owners, admins and account managers). Never your own requests. |
| Changes requested | Content you wrote that needs changes. |
| Assigned | Content assigned to you, with its status and planned date. It becomes high priority on its planned date. |
| Publishing | On publications you scheduled or content assigned to you: channels to post manually, failed publishing and content that needs re-approval. |
| Client signal | Issues that need action soon on clients where you're the account manager: connections that need reconnecting or are failing, stale data, reputation alerts, overdue invoices, publishing problems and similar. Lower-priority items, such as onboarding gaps, stay in the Command Center and Onboarding health. |
Items are sorted by priority, then age. Select an item to go straight to it.
When there's nothing waiting: "Nothing is waiting on you". Select Open Command Center for the agency-wide view.
