Reputation Monitoring finds public mentions of your clients' brands, products, campaigns and spokespeople, then analyses them for risk and opportunity. Nothing is posted or replied to automatically.
What this does
- Monitors describe what to look for (a brand, product, person, campaign, competitor or keyword) and which public sources to check.
- GrowthPilot checks those sources on a schedule and collects mentions.
- Each mention is analysed for relevance, sentiment, risk and opportunity. The analysis is AI judgement, so the original mention is always one click away (View original).
- Relevant negative, critical or opportunity signals raise alerts. Neutral mentions never raise alerts.
- Your team decides what to do: acknowledge, resolve, dismiss, create an Action, or draft a response for review.
Where to find it
Open Reputation in the sidebar. It is an agency-wide page. Use the Client filter to focus on one client.
The page has these tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Active alerts, critical and negative counts, opportunities and clients that need attention |
| Alerts | Alerts to triage, with evidence |
| Mentions | Every collected mention, with search and filters |
| Clients | Per-client sentiment (last 7 days), source mix (30 days), topics and monitor health |
| Monitors | Your monitors and your plan's monitor limits |
| Sources | Which public sources are available and their health |
| Notifications | Email alert and digest preferences |
Who can use it
- Everyone in the agency can view Reputation for the clients they can access.
- Agency owners, admins, account managers, marketers and analysts can manage monitors and triage alerts.
- Draft Response is available to owners, admins, account managers and marketers.
What happens next
When you add a monitor, the first scan collects recent history. Historical mentions are shown with a history tag and never raise alerts, so you are not flooded on day one. New mentions after that can raise alerts.
Troubleshooting
- "Reputation Monitoring opens once GrowthPilot has approved customer data for this agency." Customer-data features are switched on for your agency during onboarding. Contact support if you see this after your agency has been set up.
- A source is not in the list. See Reputation sources and Integration availability.
