Each channel succeeds or fails on its own.

| Scheduled | Waiting for its scheduled time. | Nothing. You can reschedule or cancel. |
| Publishing | Being handed off now. | Wait. |
| Retrying automatically | A temporary problem; GrowthPilot is retrying. Nothing is posted twice. | Nothing. |
| Published | Delivered. May include a View post link. | Nothing. |
| Partially published | Shown on a content item when some channels published and others didn't. | Check each channel. |
| Failed | Couldn't be published after retries. The person who scheduled it gets an email. | Retry / reschedule, or Mark as published manually if you posted it yourself. |
| Manual required | A manual channel's time has come. | Post it yourself, then confirm. See Manual publishing. |
| Needs re-approval | The content changed or its approval was replaced after scheduling. | Re-approve, then Reschedule approved version. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled. Nothing will be published to this channel. | Nothing. |
