The Brand Profile is what your agency knows about a client: what they sell, to whom, where, and how they speak. GrowthPilot uses it "to write in your voice and avoid claims you cannot support".
Why it matters
Better client context gives better recommendations.
| Feature | How the Brand Profile is used |
|---|---|
| Keyword Research | Products and services seed the research; market and audience shape it. Missing fields trigger context warnings. |
| Content | Every AI draft uses the tone, audience, terminology, claims to avoid and call-to-action preferences. |
| AI Pilot | Answers include the client's business context alongside measured data. |
| Competitor Analysis | "Where you operate" sets the market. Domains in "Competitor context" become suggestions you can confirm. |
| Onboarding | A Brand Profile with at least three filled fields under About the business is a required setup item. |
What it contains
- About the business: what the business does, products and services, target audience, where you operate, tone of voice, what makes you different, preferred terminology, claims to avoid, call-to-action preferences and competitor context.
- Language and compliance: industries, language, words to avoid, value propositions, compliance restrictions and other notes.
- Brand assets (linked from the Asset Library): primary and secondary logo, brand guidelines, product references and approved visuals.
Each save creates a new version. Content records which Brand Profile version it was written with.
