None of these messages means zero performance.

What you see What it means What to do
"Not connected yet, so there is no data — this is not zero performance." No ad account is connected for this client. An owner or admin connects one in Manage connections.
"Connected, but there was no campaign activity in this period." The account is connected and synced, but had no activity. Nothing, unless you expected campaigns to be running.
"The latest data is out of date. Sync now before using it for decisions." The last good data is old, so it isn't shown as current performance. Sync now on the connection card.
"Provider approval for GrowthPilot is still pending, so this channel can't be connected yet." The provider hasn't approved GrowthPilot. Nothing. See Integration availability.
"GrowthPilot support is completing setup for this provider." Setup for this provider isn't finished. Nothing. Other channels are unaffected.
"Limited availability: this provider has not fully approved GrowthPilot yet, so only some accounts can connect." Shown on the connection card while a provider review is in progress. If your account can't connect, see Integration availability.
"No current spend is available." No enabled ad account has recently synced spend. Connect and sync an enabled ad account.
