Onboarding health
Open Clients → Onboarding health to see every client's setup state.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not started | Little or nothing set up yet. |
| Needs setup | A required item is missing (business details, website or Brand Profile). |
| In progress | Required items done, but neither Search Console nor Google Analytics 4 is connected. |
| Ready | Required items done and at least one data source connected. |
| Attention required | A serious connection problem is blocking the client. |
Each row shows progress, missing required and recommended items, the Next step, and the account manager. Use the state filter to focus on one group.
Client health
The Command Center and All clients show a health badge per client:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | The client is still in onboarding. |
| At risk | At least one critical or high item needs attention. |
| Needs attention | At least one medium item needs attention. |
| Healthy | Nothing significant is open. |
