Clients do not need a GrowthPilot account. The invoice email links to a secure page that shows:
- your agency logo and name, the invoice number, line items and Amount due;
- a status badge such as "Paid — thank you", "Partly paid" or "Overdue";
- How to pay and Notes, if you added them;
- Pay securely, if you set a Stripe payment link. This opens your agency's Stripe page; the money goes directly to your agency;
- Print or save as PDF, which uses the browser's print dialog.
The link works for 180 days. It stops working if the invoice is voided or you revoke the link.
