Reset or change your password

Reset a forgotten password by email, or change it from Account security.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and select Send reset link.
  3. Open the link within 1 hour, choose a new password and select Reset password.

Resetting your password signs you out everywhere.

Change your password

  1. Open Settings → Account security.
  2. Under Password, enter your current password, a new password (at least 12 characters) and confirm it, then select Change password.

This signs out your other devices and sends you a confirmation email.
